Vintage Design
Spanish neo-Gothic brutalist stools. These stools are generally attributed to the Neo-Gothic style, which had a renaissance in Spain in the 1950’s. Their design and manufacture dates back to 1850. They were used in the Spanish caseeríos to sit on when milking animals. The aging is due to the fact that they were pieces that were left outdoors. They retain a nice layer of original aged patina. They are structurally very solid.
