We are delighted to offer for sale this Fantastic Modern cubist sculptural art handmade plaster table lamp. It is inspired by the 20th century Cubist movement, they are whimsical yet very substantial in form and execution.

Hello!
I’m Edie Macias, Author of this work of art and owner of ” Miami Vintage Decor” I find this part of my life the perfect compliment to my job as a purveyor of fine vintage and antique art and furniture.

My creative process starts with sketches and drawings; then I start creating these complex forms. It is all about the expression and emotions of the human face. To me being self taught with the arts gives me a great sense of accomplishment.

I use artistic plaster and then I start molding manually all the form. Even Though the process is rather timely, I execute all the details manually.

They are the perfect addition to a Mid-century Modern home or to any art collection.

In great condition, some wear on the metal part.
Some marks on the sculpture / plaster that are part of the process. Please note that this piece is handmade/ Not a mold.
The lamp works perfectly and takes standard 100w bulbs.
It is very important that the lamp has ” round felt pads” on the bottom to protect your furniture.
