Mid Century Large Signed Chinese Sancai Ceramic Lidded Ginger Jars- a Pair

Exquisite pair of large Chinese ceramic lidded ginger jars from the mid 20th century. They are decorated in the Chinese Sancai style featuring layers of slip and glaze in three colors of mustard, emerald green and cobalt blue. They feature two vignettes depicting Qilin figures with highly detailed geometric carved and raised patterns throughout. The jars and lids where hand created on a wheel with hand decorations, and are not an exact match. Each has a six character Chinese signature on the bottom. A gorgeous pair for display in your home!

Overall dimensions are 10″ diameter by 11-1/2″ high to top of jar, and 13″ high to top of lid.
