Elegant pair of Biedermeier Bergere chairs from Austria, Vienna circa 1850. Walnut veneered on softwood and solid walnut. Conical, pointed square tapered legs made of solid walnut. Newly upholstered in black “Teddy” boucle fabric and double keder. Restored and shellac hand-polished. Dimensions: H 88.5 cm x W 63 cm x D 62 cm x Seat H 48 cm
